Kalahari Adventure Expeditions has been working for six years with different companies, large and small, these companies have trusted us to design activities that suit their objectives.
We distinguish three groups of activities:
- Tourism as an incentive for companies: they are encouraging their workers to stay more or less a long time period. The main aim is to encourage their employees to achieve a certain goal in the exercises that they do and reward them for achieving them. Living together outside the workplace, sports in nature, combined with cultural activities, gastronomy, etc … promote a good working environment and it enhances job motivation and gives sense of belonging.
- Work camps: The combination of intensive workdays, internal training workshops or recycling, brain storming,… with the enjoyment of sport activities in the natural environment, will make your field work, an original idea and effective in meeting its objectives. We have excellent facilities for the conduct of its activities “indoor”. We have a multipurpose room with multimedia equipment we have a restaurant-grill, barbecue and log cabins with all facilities…
- Outdoor Experiential Training or Training: We can design a full schedule of activities to achieve the companies objectives. Teamwork, improved work environment, developing leadership skills and working in stressful situations,… We also design programs in collaboration with a team of trainers / psychologists whom we make those general and specific objectives to develop and analyze, the maturity and behavior of the group, team building elements, existing levels of communication on the computer… If you don’t have a team of trainers, we have an excellent team of qualified and experienced trainers that are experts in Outdoor work.
Our different outdoor programs, ranging from simple and affordable work of a day to major logical challenges, depending on the needs or desires of the customer. Ask for a quote. We will design the outdoor enviroment best suited to their goals and possibilities.
