Terms
The reservation of any of our trips is the total acceptance of the following conditions. Kalahari Adventure is committed to delivering information from these conditions together with information relating to their travel and the conditions that eventually been agreed before the travel. For the interpretation, application or claim for general and special conditions, the passenger and the organizing agency expressly submit to the courts of Valencia, renouncing any other jurisdiction.
PRICES:
Prices are per person and are based on freight rates, currency exchange rates, fees and taxes in force January 1, 2010. Any variation in the price of these elements may lead to revision of the final price of the trip. These changes will be notified. The package price does not include visas, vaccination certificates, extras and, in general, any service not specified as “included”. It is worth mentioning that the Prices are based on the triple-double in most cases no discount even if it is a double with extra bed, and based on a minimum group of people traveling together. The course is not completed the minimum number required, Kalahari adventures may alter the price or cancel the activity: in both cases, the customer may cancel the trip and be entitled to reimbursement of the amount paid (except closing fees and contracted providers ). However, the customer is not entitled to claim compensation if the price change or cancellation occurs 15 days in advance.
All prices are subject programs to air fares available at the time of booking, so they can be modified.
RESERVATIONS AND INFORMATION:
To complete your reservation, you must pay 40% of the total amount of travel. Only once made such deposit is considered the square firmly committed. The remaining 60% will be given 1 month before departure date, otherwise the square can be annulled, apply the conditions outlined in “Cancellations”.
SERVICES INCLUDE:
Services included are as specified in the information provided by Kalahari Adventure accessory. In case of modification of the circuit before departure, the services included and not included will correspond to the information provided at the end. In general, all of our programs include:
- Transportation to and with the type of transport, characteristics and categories that were on the information provided by Kalahari Adventure.
- Accommodation, when this service is included in the contracted program, the establishment and the regime contained in information provided by Kalahari Adventure.
- Technical assistance during the journey, when this service is specifically included in the contracted program.
- All other services and accessories that are specified in the information provided specifically
In general, none of our programs include entry and exit rates, visas, vaccination certificates, drinks and gratuities, tips, and generally, any other service not specifically listed as included. Organized programs do not include travel assistance insurance, accident and liability, except in cases in which it was expressly stated otherwise.
REFUNDS:
Kalahari no fee refund for services not used by the client voluntarily, whatever the cause of non-use, or resulting from delays or flight cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS:
At any time you can cancel the services requested or contracted, to be entitled to repayment of sums paid you would have is whether the total price as a partial payment made but will have to pay the amounts indicated below:
- The plus management fees, cancellation fees, if any.
- A penalty consisting of 5% of the service if the withdrawal occurs more than 10 days and less than 15 before the start date. 25% between 3 and 10, and 100% within 48 hours prior to departure.
In the case of air transport, we recommend the presentation to boarding at the airport two hours prior to departure. In these cases, the flight cancellation policy up to the statement by the airline. It is also considered a no show the case where the intermediate days between the date of notification of the cancellation and the scheduled day of departure are holiday or weekend in Spain or the country (because the request for cancellation is less to be processed)
Cancellations must be notified in writing. If your cancellation the group falls below the minimum number of participants, will have to pay cancellation charges as the amount needed for the rest of participants enrolled in the same activity and departure date can do it, respecting the same price. If new registrations allow the group to regain a minimum, you will no longer be subject to this condition.
DOCUMENTATION:
Should bring your documentation in order for personal and family, whether the passport or identity card, according to the laws of the country or countries they dress. Some of these countries require visas, vaccination certificates or other documents whose collection is your responsibility. Kalahari disclaims all liability for any authority refused entry to the country for lack of requirements placed by default in the documentation, or by not carrying it. Any expenditure incurred in any of these circumstances is borne by the passenger, and in this case apply the conditions and standards established for the cases of voluntary withdrawal or cancellation of services.
ALTERATIONS: It may be that Kalahari is forced to cancel the trip after entering into the contract and before the departure date, in which case you will be entitled to participate in another program of equal quality, provided we can proponértelo or reimbursement of total paid and must communicate your decision within 3 days. When the cancellation is for reasons of force majeure, adverse weather conditions or sufficient causes, there is no obligation for compensation from us. The order of itinerary changes do not involve changes in the conditions of the program, as long as they meet the schedule offered. Neither disruption of services considered changes to the settings in the program schedule of the airlines or delays in the means of locomotion, as well as deterioration of access roads to the proposed routes or if the group does not qualify Physical / skills needed, endangering the safety of participants.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Kalahari is committed to implement all of the services contained in the program, regardless of whether they should run the same company or other borrower. Kalahari is not responsible for the costs of accommodation, meals, transportation and others, caused by delays in departures or returns of transportation due to weather, strikes and other force majeure. As for luggage, Kalahari is not responsible for damage or deterioration that it may suffer during the trip.
